There is a deal signed, sealed and published between the SNP (47 seats) and the Greens (2 seats):

• The Greens get a committee chair.
• The Greens get a climate change bill and no nukes.
• The SNP get two more votes for their nominated ministers.
• The SNP do not get "confidence and supply".
• The SNP do not get their referendum.

And that's a "deal"?
