Super is as super runs

There's a BBC news item coming up every hour of the rolling news service, BBC24. The text version is on line, of which the bottom line for all 9 year old nerds (hence Malcolm steps up to the plate) is that:
Tyrannosaurus rex would have been able to outrun a footballer, according to computer models used to estimate running speeds of dinosaurs...

The University of Manchester study, published in the biological sciences Proceedings of the Royal Society, shows T. rex had a top running speed of 8m/s (18mph).
What also caught Malcolm's attention was the relaxed Dr Bill Sellers of Manchester University, filling the idle hour of the long summer vacation, researching the running speed of dinosaurs.

Twice the clip refers to Dr Sellers' "supercomputer", which is on view over the academic left shoulder. Watch carefully: that's a shiny, barely-throbbing Mac Pro. It's so "super" it's available at your local Apple Store, off the shelf, starting price $2,499 or £1,699. Sphere: Related Content
